Wimbledon Airport Cars Limited (Trading name : Sutton Airport Cars) is a private company registered in England and Wales with company number: 07786869and whose registered office is at 132 Tudor Ave, KT4 8TU, Worcester Park

The terms and conditions under which Wimbledon Airport Cars Ltd does business with the Client, the Passenger (the traveller), and the Booker are listed below (the person booking journeys). These terms and conditions of business may be changed by Wimbledon Airport Cars Ltd without prior notice.
Wimbledon Airport Cars sets out to provide a safe reliable service to all of its customers.

We shall always make an effort to treat our customers fairly, within reason, and to foster goodwill whenever possible.


While we will take all necessary precautions and give careful regard to Client and/or Passenger instructions, we will not be held responsible for any incident or loss resulting from situations that are out of our reasonable control.

 

Transport of Goods
All shipments, packages, and items are taken at the risk of the customer. The customer is in charge of making sure that there is sufficient insurance coverage in place for goods being transported.

 

Right to Refusal
Wimbledon Airport Cars reserve the right to refuse to carry any individuals or items that the driver determines are most likely to endanger or damage his or her or their vehicle in any way. The driver's decision will be considered final.
Wimbledon Airport Cars Ltd may charge for any costs involved.

Quotes
When provided, all rates are based on an estimation of the number of miles and time the driver will travel, as well as the time of day they will travel and the type of vehicle needed to complete a particular journey.

Charges
We will calculate fares based upon mileage incurred, time and out of pocket expenditure.
The charge rate will vary according to the type of vehicle/service required for the journey.
We operate a fixed rates for journeys to or from the local areas to: the London airports and to most London postal codes.

Most journeys are quoted travelling via the shortest route. If the route varies from this, e.g. by request from the customer to use a motorway route or the driver has to avoid a traffic related problem, Thank you cars reserve the right to charge the Client for any extra mileage and time.

Surcharges
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to:
– Airport and station pick-ups
– out of area to out of area journeys.
– airport and station pick-ups.
– Christmas, New Year and other Bank Holiday journeys
– additional stops on route
– periods of extreme weather or road conditions.
– journeys out of standard business hours.
– peak hours

Cancellations
Wimbledon Airport Cars assumes a journey / booking request is still valid until: -

1. A Passenger or someone deemed to be representing the Passenger cancels the journey with a member of staff in the offices of Thankyou cars ltd and receives confirmation by the member of staff that it is cancelled.
2. Our driver and or supporting staff have satisfied themselves that they are unable to pick the Passenger up for whatever reason.

Until then we will take all reasonable care to complete the booking.

In the event of a cancellation of a journey Wimbledon Airport Cars may charge for any costs incurred until the time when it is apparent that Wimbledon Airport Cars have been satisfactorily informed of a cancellation of booking or Wimbledon Airport Cars have been unable to contact the Passenger.

Usually there would be no charge for a journey cancelled prior to dispatch.

Where a journey is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched the Client may be liable for a charge.
Where the driver is unable to find a Passenger after making all reasonable efforts the Client may be charged.
Where a Client or Passenger gives incorrect information regarding a pick up place or time or other relevant detail that results in a cost to our driver, the Client may be liable for a cancellation charge.

Airport Pickup and Charges
All London airports and other airports now make a drop off charge, to anyone dropping off passengers to the airport. This charge will be passed on the customer at the rate the airport levies this charge. All airport pickups will incur a parking charge, which we try and minimise by arranging a predetermined pickup time and keeping an eye on the flight landing time. however, what the car park charge is levied at, this will be pass on to the customer. As these charges are variable, we cannot build them into our pricing structure and be added to the journey cost at the end of the journey.


After you Arrived

Passengers must contact the office or driver whithin 60 minutes after flight landed if no communication or contact we or Driver will cancel the pickup from airport. Passengers are full responsibility for charge of booking. No refund is payable if payment have already done. Thankyou Cars could not accept any responsibility if passengers could arrage other transportion or any other cost because of cancellation. This means it is very important customers will contack via text /whatsapp/phone or email after landing or early as possible within 60 minutes. Free internet/wifi is avilable most of the uk airports.

Waiting time
Where a driver has to wait beyond the appointed time to collect a Passenger, whether it be the fault of the Passenger or Client or arises from circumstances beyond their control, the Client will be liable to pay Thankyou Cars for the waiting time.

Cancellation Charge
A Cancellation Charge is calculated to pay for the time and miles and incidental costs of our driver when he is unable to pick up a passenger.

Congestion Charge
Transport for London (TFL) has decided to levee a congestion charge to all private hire vehicle. The customer is liable for this charge and will be add to the journey cost. sometimes this will be done at the end of the journey.

Ultra Low emission Charge (ULEZ)
Transport for London (TFL) has decided to make a ULEZ charge to certain types of vehicles. We at Thankyou cars in line with our environment policy are work on ensure that all of Fleet vehicles comply to these condition. However as some of our fleet include self-employed drivers, we will occasionally have to make the ULEZ charge to the customer. This will be added to the cost of the journey at the end of the journey.

Variation
We will try to carry out a journey in a way the Passenger requests, e.g. route variation unless we have written instructions not to do so by the account holder.

Security of the account
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure adequate security to ensure that the facility is not abused.
The account will be set up with minimal security measures unless the Client specifies their requirements in writing,
Wimbledon Airport Cars are able to set up various security measures with a prior request in writing from the Client.
The Client will be liable to pay all bookings made on the account.

Payment

The Client undertakes to pay invoices within the payment terms on the account application.

Overdue amounts may incur interest at 2.5% above base lending rates.

Queries

All queries are to be raised in writing within 14 days of the Journey

Sutton Airport Cars Request A Minimum Of 12 Hours’ Notice For Any Online Bookings.

The More Notice You Give The Better. Prices Are Based On Passengers Being Ready To Travel At The Booked Time. All Fares Quoted Are For Point To Point And Any Diversions, Stop Over Will Be Charged At Additional Pre-Agreed Rates.

For Airport Pick-Ups We Check Your Flight Times So You Don't Have To Worry If Your Flight Is Late Or If It Lands Early. Please Check Our Meeting Point Page Where Our Driver Will Wait For You Varies At Each Terminal

Our Driver Will Be At International Arrivals 35 Minutes After The Flight Has Landed And Will Be Waiting For You At The Agreed Meeting Point They Will Be Holding A Board With Your Name On It. The Driver Will Wait A Further 30 Minutes In The Agreed Price. (65 Minutes In Total). You May Change The Time The Driver Goes To The Agreed Meeting Point. Less Or More Then 30minutes At The Time Of Booking.

Our Driver Will Be At Domestic Arrivals 30 Minutes After The Flight Has Landed And Will Be Waiting For You At The Agreed Meeting Point They Will Be Holding A Board With Your Name On It. The Driver Will Wait A Further 40 Minutes In The Agreed Price. (60 Minutes In Total). You May Change The Time The Driver Goes To The Agreed Meeting Point. Less Or More Then 30minutes At The Time Of Booking. 

Your Booking May Be Subject To Additional Waiting Time And Car Park Charges. This Is Charged Pro-Rata At UK Pounds £15.00 Per Hour.

Cash Fares Are Paid To The Driver In British Pound (£).


The Charge On Your Credit/Debit Card Statement Will Be Shown As Thankyou Cars Ltd. We Charge You An Extra Bank / Aministration Processing Fee on Your Credit Or Debit Card's Payment, PayPal and invoice payment

If The Passenger Missed The Flight Or Changes Their Travel Plans And Informs Us In Advance Either By E Mail ,Via Phone (020 8644 4444) or Text message (079 6674 4444)

Customer Is To Ensure They Have Sufficient Cash To Cover The Journey As Any Excessive Diversions To Find Cash Points During A Busy Drop Off Schedule May Incur Additional Charges.

Generally Passengers Are Responsible To Load And Unload Their Belongings And We Will Not Accept Liability For Loss Or Damage To The Luggage/S. Our Drivers Will Offer a Hand of Help in Many Cases with Your Luggage at the Passenger’s Discretion. Any Fouling Of The Private Hire Vehicle By Any Passenger Will Result In A Charge Of A Minimum Of £30.00 Dependent Upon The Severity Of The Fouling.

All Payments Can Be Made In Cash Or Credit/Debit Card. In The Case Of Card Payments, Your Card Will Be Charged Before Or On The Day Of The Journey. 

There Are Seasonal 50% Surcharges On Our Prices On Specific Dates Only. These Are 24th - 26th December & 31st & 1st Of Every Year. Night time charges may apply some airport booking.

 

Cancellation &  Refund Policy


Sutton Airport Cars Will Accept Any Cancellation Notification Period Of Minimum 12 Hours To The Actual Pick Up Time. Less Our Administration Fee Of £4.00.

The Cancellation Must Be made via an Email or Text message (079 6674 4444) To Which You Will Receive Confirmation By Us.  

If You Do Not Receive An Email From Sutton Airport Cars Confirming The Cancellation We Have Not Received It. In This Case Please Call +44 (0) 20 8644 4444 or Text: 079 6674 4444.No Refund Is Made For Cancellation Of A Booking On The Day Of Travel Or Afterwards. 


All Other Circumstances Where A Refund May Be Possible Should Be Addressed Directly With Sutton Airport Cars Customer Services. We Will Refund Any Charges For Bookings Which Are Prepaid With A Credit Card Or Debit Card & Pay Pal.


However The £4.00 Additional Bank Processing Fee Can't Be Refunded When Using Card Payments. 
No Refunds Will Be Issued For The Following: If The Customer Does Not Show At The Agreed Meeting Point, For Any Reason And Does Not Contact Sutton Airport Car Services To Inform Them Not To Send The Driver Any Money Paid Will Not Be Refundable.


If The Customer Provides Us With The Wrong Flight Number Or Wrong Date. Cancellations Notified Under 12 Hours Where The Driver Is Already At Or On Route To The Pick Up.


If The Passenger Provides Us With Misleading Information. If The Passenger Books The Car On The Wrong Date.


If Customer Was (Is) Not Available When The Car /Driver Arrives At The Pickup Point, Which Have A Cancellation Notification Period Of Minimum 12 Hours To The Actual Pick Up Time. Less Our Admin Fee Of £4.00.

How early do I need to book my car?

 The earlier the better. However, 12 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail or text confirming your booking. You can also call our 24 hour control room and our controllers will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed

What if the flight is delayed or early?

We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

 If you select "Meet & Greet" Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk or arrival hall. But your driver will call/text you after landing and help you to meet him/her.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

Having ensured that you have correctly followed the Epsom Cars instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation. Our emegencey contacy number is +447966744444. 

What is the best way to meet my driver ?

Our driver contact you after/before landing your flight. You could call our office or your driver when you go through immigration or when you are collecting your luggage then your driver will meet you within 10  minutes time in arrival hall or where you are in the airport.

Are you a licensed company?

Yes. We are officially licensed by the public carriage to carry the public.(London)

Are you provide child /baby seats for my children ?

 Yes we do. but you must book or select when you reserve your booking. 

How long my driver can wait for me in the airport ?

We moniter you flight landing time. So we dont't charge any extra if your flight is late or early. At the same time we give 60 minutes free waiting time after landing. After 60 minutes , every 15 minutes £4 is chargable. 

How can I avoid extra waiting charges ?

When you book your booking ,You could inform the office how long extra time you need to meet your driver . Example after 90 /120 minutes after landing time. 

What is about airport parking charges ?

First 30 minutes car park is included with your price therefor is importent you could communicate with your driver after landing.

I have Non UK/EU passport holder and small children ?

It should be take extra time for immigration , so better you inform when you book your journey to avoid extra witing charges.

We have lots of luggage , is your driver can help us ?

Yes we can help you as we can. 

I have wheelchair and unable to walk to car park with your driver?

Our driver will help you but better you could book assistance with your airline or travel agent. 

Our Lugguage come late  or immigration are long witing time and we need to wait longer than expecterd in the airport ?

We give only 60 minutes free waiting time (if not any other pick up time is already informed) after that you need to pay small waiting charge to driver. 

How can I pay my journey ?

You can pay cash or card with your driver. Or you can pay via online when you book online booking. 

Can I book my return journey with my driver?

No . You must call to office or book via online.

Is any extra airport charhes or London charges we need to pay?

No all charges are included your price exapt extra waiting time charge  and extra airport car park charge

What can I do if my driver is late or I cant see my driver? 

Most of the time our drivers are ontime , but if anything happend unexpected we or driver will call or text you and inform you as soon as possible. And we will try to help you much as we can

I have no UK mobile number , how can we contact you ?

Airport have free Wifi so you can connect WhatsApp or email. You can buy UK sim card in the airport as well. You can call from airport help desk if you need help.
